1. Product Handling & Packaging

All our bottles are made of high-quality glass and packed securely with thermocol and protective materials. Despite our best efforts, slight variations in texture or color may occur due to lighting and hand-packing.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping is available across India, with free delivery on all orders.

3. Breakage & Damage Policy

In case the product arrives broken or damaged, customers must email us at shivabusiness26@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claims.

After verification, we will provide a one-time free replacement of the damaged item(s).

No claims will be accepted without video proof.
