π Damaged or Broken Items
If your bottle arrives broken or damaged, weβre happy to replace it.
To qualify for a free replacement:
1. You must share a clear unboxing video taken at the time of opening the parcel (without cuts or edits).
2. Email the video and your order details to: shivabusiness26@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
